How a clinic order works
- Apply. Send clinic details and license information. We approve, suspend, or decline accounts to stay inside the rules.
- See the current formulary. Once approved, you see what we can actually ship to your state right now, not a wish list.
- Get the lot paperwork. Every release is independently tested for sterility, purity, potency, assay, and endotoxins. Ask for the COA by product and batch.
- Ship to the clinic. Product is distributed through a pharmaceutical wholesaler licensed in the clinic's state.
Documentation a medical director will ask for
Certificates of analysis. Email support@apexlabusa.com with the product name and lot. We route you to that batch's third-party report.
Supply chain. Raw material from an FDA-registered, GMP-certified partner. U.S. cGMP contract manufacturing, including lyophilization and in-process QC. Independent U.S. lab release testing. Then licensed wholesale distribution. https://apexlabusa.com/transparency
What clinics are asking this month

- A PCAC vote is not authorization. On July 23-24, 2026, FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended adding BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon to the 503A bulks list. The vote is advisory. FDA still has to finish rulemaking. Those bulk substances are not lawful to compound just because the committee said yes. - Coming off Category 2 is not a green light. In April 2026 FDA said it would remove 12 peptide bulk substances from 503A Category 2 after nominations were withdrawn. That does not place them on the 503A bulks list or into Category 1. "FDA took them off the do-not-compound list" is not the same as "we can stock this for office use." - 503B bulk compounding of GLP-1s is being shut. FDA has said tirzepatide and semaglutide are not on the 503B bulks list or the shortage list, so 503B bulk compounding of those APIs is generally barred. Many semaglutide + B12 style mixes are treated as copies of approved drugs unless a named patient has a documented clinical difference. We will not pitch office-use copies of Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
